How it works
Keep the board, the pieces and the dice. Lose the bookkeeping.
Step 1
One person starts the game
Pick a preset, the number of players, the starting money and any house rules. It takes four taps and no account.
Step 2
Everyone else joins
Share the four-character room code or the QR code. Each player takes a seat and a token on their own phone. Anyone without a phone can be played from the host's device.
Step 3
Play on the real board
Move your piece, roll real dice. The app shows you one primary action at a time — roll, buy, pay rent, end turn — so nobody has to remember whose turn it is.
Step 4
The app is the banker
Rent is calculated from what's actually owned and built, including monopolies, railroads and utility multipliers. Every payment is written to a shared ledger.
Step 5
Build, mortgage, trade, auction
Even-building, mortgage interest and auction rules are enforced, and every blocked action tells you exactly why.
Step 6
Nothing is unrecoverable
Any action can be undone, and the banker can correct anything at all. Corrections are labelled in the ledger, so the table can see what changed.
